P&O Maritime Services’ agency division is operated through an associate company, Austen Maritime Services. The agency expertise provided through this business division compliments the chartering services provided by the Anderson Hughes Group and facilitates the delivery of specialist holistic shipping and logistics solutions to customers globally.

Austen Maritime Services is a joint venture between P&O Maritime Services and Northern Marine Management Ltd (the international ship management arm of the Stena Group). It was established in 1986 to provide various marine services in Singapore for the joint venture partners and today provides agency, bunkering, crewing and chandlery services.
