Research & Survey Services

The Prince Madog and CEFAS Endeavour multipurpose research vessels are available to provide survey support; including ROV surveys, environmental impact assessments and cable route surveys.

Crew & Equipment Transfers

P&O Maritime's new ‘state-of-the-art’ Renewable Support Vessel (RSV) fleet has been custom built to provide crew and equipment transfers during the survey, construction, operation and ‘through life’ maintenance phases of the European Offshore Wind Farm projects.

Designed by Incat Crowther, the RSV fleet (Santa Ana, Scirocco and Chinook) is the ‘first-in-class’ to comply with full damage stability criteria, while maintaining the highest standards of operability and passenger comfort.

Inter-Array Cable Installation

The European Supporter has recently undergone a major conversion to provide power cable installation, repair and maintenance services for inter-array power cables. This multipurpose DP2 Cable Installation Vessel has the capacity to hold 5,000 tonnes of power cable and provide accommodation facilities for up to 60 personnel.
